The information provided in your form will be be available to SDNLD Socials Committee and Board members, as well as the Webmaster, DJs, and instructors for the Socials. If you provide your e-mail address you will be sent a copy of your form as a reminder of what you submitted, and your e-mail address may be used by the Socials Committee to follow up on your preferences or comments. A summary of the information collected, with names and e-mail addresses removed, may be provided to the membership to further the discussion of what dances people would like to dance.
